Do you sell lots or papered projects?

Both. We tailor the deal structure based on the project and the builder’s needs.

What if I’m looking for something specific that’s not listed?

Letus know. We occasionally match buyers with off-market or pipeline sites thatmeet very specific criteria.

What’s your process if I want to pursue a deal?

We set up a call to align on timeline and terms, give your team what they need to underwrite, and walk the site with you. If it’s a fit, we move quickly and cleanly.

Can I get access to site plans and reports before walking the property?

Yes. Once you’re on our buyer list, you’ll receive full documentation for any project you’re interested in, including plats, studies, and conditions of approval.

What kind of product types do your sites support?

We focus on single-family, townhome, multifamily, and mixed-use sites where density, infrastructure, and approvals align with real builder economics.

Is the land actually entitled or are you still in process?

Most of our listings are fully entitled or nearshovel-ready. If a site is earlier-stage, we’ll be clear about status and provide the documentation to match.
