Steward Land Company successfully entitled a 18-acre property in West Weber County, delivering 45 papered single-family lots to a long-time partner for final construction and build-out. The project required close collaboration with Weber County to establish a new zoning designation aligned with the County’s newly adopted general plan. As part of the entitlement effort, we also negotiated a critical access point across an adjacent School District parcel—unlocking a key connection within the County’s Master Transportation Plan. This strategic coordination helped create a well-planned neighborhood framework while advancing broader regional mobility goals.
