Steward Land Company entitled a 117-unit apartment community on a 2.9-acre site at one of Ogden City’s key commercial nodes—formerly home to the well-known Cinepointe discount theater. While the loss of a local favorite was bittersweet, the redevelopment addresses a critical housing need in a highly connected urban location. Working within Ogden’s urban code, Steward navigated detailed negotiations around parking, access, and transit considerations to create a project that aligns with the City’s evolving vision for higher-density, mixed-use corridors. After securing approvals, we sold the entitled project to a local developer to take it forward.
