Riverwalk Apartments is a 127-unit community along the Snake River, offering prime access to one of Idaho Falls’ most scenic corridors. Steward Land Company secured the necessary entitlements and partnered with a Utah-based developer to bring the project out of the ground. Today, Riverwalk is fully constructed, beautifully executed, and in active lease-up. Delivering this community required creative problem-solving, including negotiating a land lease with the railroad and designing and installing a culvert system to enclose an existing canal and make the site buildable. Riverwalk stands as a strong example of Steward’s ability to unlock complex waterfront and infrastructure-constrained sites and transform them into high-quality housing.
