Ridgeview is a 7-acre residential project in Billings featuring a mix of townhomes and apartments. Steward Land Company guided the property through annexation and rezoning, working extensively with the City and neighboring property owners to coordinate infrastructure, including constructing a new city road that connects to an existing neighborhood and upgrading surrounding streets and traffic elements. Steward fully built out the townhomes—delivering them on time and under budget—and entitled the apartment component. Both were sold together as a package to a major Utah developer who owned the adjacent project. Throughout the process, Steward partnered with local Utah investors, providing a strong and positive experience while contributing thoughtfully to the area’s growing housing supply near the neighboring cemetery.
