Steward Land Company revitalized a long-overlooked 0.7-acre infill parcel on the east side of West Haven, crafting a smart, context-sensitive plan for 15 townhomes. Working closely with the City, we structured and executed a Development Agreement that addressed site constraints and aligned the project with West Haven’s long-term vision. After securing full approvals and entitlements, we sold the project to a long-time friend and builder who successfully completed construction. Today, Shadybrook Lane stands as a strong example of Steward’s ability to unlock value from overlooked sites and deliver high-performing neighborhood-scale housing.
