Steward Land Company entitled a 151-unit apartment community on a 2.3-acre site along the Porter Canal in Idaho Falls, positioned amid a rapidly growing corridor near the freeway. The project leveraged strong housing demand in the area and transformed a compact infill site into a high-density, well-planned multifamily community. After securing entitlements and preparing the project for development, Steward sold the papered site to a respected Utah developer to bring it vertical.
