Steward Land Company partnered with the property owners of an 11.6-acre site at the primary entrance to South Weber to craft a landmark plan worthy of the City’s gateway location. Navigating a long and intensive entitlement process—with numerous design iterations driven by community, staff, and elected-official feedback—we secured approvals for a mixed-use development featuring 62 townhomes and up to six retail buildings. The final plan balanced architectural prominence, thoughtful land planning, and the City’s vision for a signature arrival experience. After entitling the project, we sold it to a builder; however, the buyer was ultimately unable to proceed with development.
