Steward Land Company led the redevelopment of the beloved former Teton-Vu Drive-In Theater site, an 11-acre property once planned for single-family housing. Recognizing Rexburg’s pressing need for additional rental housing—and the site’s prime location along a major thoroughfare—we secured approvals for a thoughtfully planned apartment community that better served the City’s evolving needs. Our team guided the project through the entitlement process, repositioning the property for higher-intensity residential use while honoring its community legacy. The entitled project was ultimately sold to a local developer to carry it forward into construction.
