Transitional Infill Development

Steward Land Company partnered with the landowner of a 1.2-acre site along the Weber River and the River Parkway Trail to secure approvals for a 48-unit apartment community in Riverdale City. Positioned between established single-family neighborhoods and the vibrant Riverdale Road commercial corridor, the site offered a unique opportunity to create a thoughtful transitional land use that enhances housing options while complementing its natural and urban surroundings. After guiding the project through the entitlement process, we sold the approved development to a local builder who is carrying it forward.
