Clark Conway is the Entitlement & Construction Manager at Steward Land Company, where he leads entitlement strategy and construction oversight to support the company’s thoughtful development initiatives. Prior to joining Steward Land Company, Clark served as Design/Build Manager at ARCO Design/Build and as a Project Engineer at Fortis Engineering & Construction, where he was deeply involved in planning, engineering coordination, and delivery of complex construction projects. His background in both design/build and project engineering equips him with a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and regulatory requirements, strengthening entitlement negotiation, permitting, and construction sequencing across varied development types.

Clark’s combined experience in land development entitlements and construction management enables him to advance Steward Land’s mission of community-focused, high-quality development while navigating technical and regulatory challenges with precision and collaboration.
