Sky Hazlehurst is a Managing Partner at Steward Land Company, where he applies extensive real estate leadership across leasing, acquisitions, development, and investment sales of commercial and land assets. With a career in real estate beginning in 2008, Sky has developed deep expertise in landlord and tenant representation as well as investment sales of retail properties and development sites along the Wasatch Front and beyond.

Over the years, he has played an integral role in facilitating complex transactions, tenant roll-out plans for market entry and expansion, and land entitlements, including zoning changes and parcelization. Sky’s broad financial and managerial experience stems from founding and leading multiple startups in real estate investment and construction, equipping him with a unique blend of strategic vision and operational know-how.

Sky’s professional contributions have been recognized with multiple industry awards, including CoStar Power Broker and Colliers Top Producer distinctions. He has also served on the board of the National Retail Council for NAI Global and remains actively engaged with the Weber State University alumni community.
