Rachael Sandoval is the Controller at Steward Land Company, where she oversees financial operations, accounting processes, and internal reporting to help support the company’s continued growth and development efforts. With experience spanning commercial real estate, asset management, and transaction coordination, Rachael brings a strong financial background and an organized, detail-oriented approach to the team. Prior to joining Steward, she worked with Goldman Sachs as an Asset Management Analyst and held multiple roles with Newmark and Mountain West Commercial Real Estate, where she managed complex transactions and supported high-level client and operational needs. Rachael earned her degree in Finance from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business, with a minor in Accounting and an emphasis in Real Estate. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, fitness, and spending time with family and friends.
