Brad Brown is a Managing Partner and the Director of Development at Steward Land Company, where he takes sites that look complicated on paper and figures out how to make them buildable in real life. He grew up in Utah and went deep on the technical side of the business, earning an associate degree from Weber State and both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from Utah State before becoming a licensed structural engineer. Brad spent years designing buildings and other large structures, then added hands‑on experience by owning and operating several small construction companies. That mix means he can look at a set of plans and almost instantly see what’s going to be expensive, what’s going to break, and what will actually work in the field. Clients trust him because he’s direct, he sweats the details, and he cares about getting it right more than making it sound easy.

Fun fact: At home, Brad is still building; he finished out much of his family’s house himself, complete with custom woodwork, built‑ins, a rock wall, and a network of slides that make the place feel part home, part playground for his nine kids.
