Targee Tomisin is the Land Acquisition Manager at Steward Land Company, where he focuses on identifying and negotiating strategic land opportunities that align with the firm’s thoughtful development approach. Targee’s entrepreneurial drive and strong work ethic enable him to uncover compelling opportunities and structure fair, mutually beneficial agreements for landowners and Steward Land alike.

Targee’s journey began early as a born entrepreneur, launching successful small businesses before middle school and refining his sales acumen through competitive platforms. A graduate of Bonneville High School and an LDS mission in Texas, he has been recognized with multiple honors including the Eagle Scout Award and the Sterling Scholar Award for Business and Professional Sales. Since joining Steward Land, Targee has distinguished himself through his integrity, diligence, and commitment to building meaningful relationships throughout the acquisition process.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Targee enjoys outdoor adventure—dirt bike riding, rock climbing, snowmobiling, and boating—and is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree in Business Management at Weber State University.
