Ed Grampp is the Entitlements Manager at Steward Land Company, where he oversees the entitlement process across the company’s development pipeline. In his role, Ed manages entitlement workflows, municipal approvals, project schedules, regulatory requirements, and coordination with planners, engineers, attorneys, consultants, and government agencies to keep projects moving efficiently from initial planning through approval.
Ed brings extensive experience in land entitlement and master-planned community development, having led annexations, rezonings, development agreements, subdivision approvals, infrastructure negotiations, and municipal approval processes for projects throughout Utah, across the United States, and internationally. Throughout his career, he has held senior development and real estate leadership positions with Blue Highland Group, Newland Communities, Dartmouth College, Anderson Geneva Development, Dart Realty, Terrabrook, American Skiing Company Resort Properties, and Sinclair Oil Corporation. His experience includes securing approvals for large-scale residential and mixed-use communities encompassing thousands of acres, thousands of residential units, and millions of square feet of commercial development.
Ed holds a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law, an MBA from Brigham Young University, and a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University. He is also a member of the Utah State Bar and a licensed Utah Real Estate Broker.
